Our firm has two offices, one of which is located in the south metropolitan area of Kansas City, Missouri. Specifically, we have offices in Harrisonville, Missouri and Olathe, Kansas. Position Available: Tax Senior

We are seeking a Tax Senior with 5 years of public accounting experience. Specific job requirements include the following:

• Bachelor’s or master's degree in accounting
• CPA certification required
• Proficient in tax research
• Strong organization, analytical and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficient in MS Office tools-Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to effectively utilize TBCo’s resources and technology in performance of the job's functions
• Preparation and review of individual, corporate, not-for-profit, trust and estate tax returns
• Demonstrate understanding of complex planning concepts and income tax matters and effectively apply to various clients
• Facilitate communication and provide CPE and assistance to team members by sharing knowledge
• Participation in client meetings
• Supervision of staff and seniors, including review of work product for completeness and accuracy
• Highly motivated, team oriented individual with a strong desire to succeed
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Goals for both professional and personal development
